Yesterday my subscription to Malwarebytes Premium automatically renewed for another year. Since that time, I keep getting (every few minutes) this popup message telling me that I am not fully protected because my Web Protection is off. But each time I try to turn Web Protection on, it tries to restart this protection but then it goes back off.
Any idea what is going on and how I can correct this problem? I purchased the Premium version to get Web Protection, but now it's not working (just like it doesn't work in the Free version). Thanks in advance....

One solution in that thread -- download and install MBAM over itself.
-steve Thanks, Steve......I don't know how you find those threads that fast, lol. It may be later in the day before I have the opportunity, but I will do as suggested......install MBAM over itself. Will let you know results.

I had this problem, apparently they'd had a problem, I downloaded their clean up tool which did the job brilliantly.

@ Steve & Joan - I just ran the cleanup tool (which installed MBAM over itself), and now I am fully protected to include Web Protection. Thanks to you both for your response.

You're welcome, apparently they'd had some sort of problem on the Saturday, can't remember what it was now, they suggested the clean up tool if the rebooting didn't clear the problem getting Web Protection turning on.
Glad you're all sorted now.
