Hi all

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate with Windows Live Mail. I am getting error messages when trying to open some links from incoming mail. The error message is "There was a problem sending the command to the program". I get this on various links, not all to the same website. One of the websites I am getting the error on from the link is http://kos.salsalabs.com/dia/track.jsp?v=2&c=VwzfT2qspioPM8XCI9TMBOlk3TYVT3fW, and another is http://click.mail.smilegeneration.com/?qs=f407e3f83affa427f0ad6c62432d2b9281069c0216852b17cee64d647c6aadc85268eaca3313260d

There are sometimes more than one link in the email, and the error only happens on some of them, and others in the same email will open fine. Often only one or two will work in a group of 5 or more. Not all the me destination.

On another computer with Vista Ultimate using Windows Mail, the same links that won't open in the Win7 - WinLive Mail will open just fine. It's not a matter of them being a virus or malware, as they will open in the other computer just fine. And the second link posted here is to my Dentist office. This has just started since I uninstalled IE10.

Any suggestions on what can be causing this problem will be much appreciated.

Why did you uninstall IE10? You should actually be using IE11.

I don't like either of them. I prefer to work the way that I like to work, not how a particular software likes to work. :)

Thank you for your time to reply. :-)
