I will use my Microsoft Word files as an example of what's missing.
If I click on My Computer>Documents>Word Files, I will see a listing of all my Word documents through today.
However, if I click on My Computer>C drive>Users>bbarry>Documents>Word Files, I only see a listing of my Word documents through 2022. None of the Word documents I generated in 2023 and 2024 are shown in the list.
Why the two different listings? The shorter listing that only goes through 2022 may be the reason that File History is not fully populating (File History also only goes through 2022).
On my older computer also running Win10, this is not a problem...the two lists are identical.
Needless to say, I am a little confused at this point, so any help/advice would be appreciated.

I suspect OneDrive is the culprit. Right click on \Documents and select properties and then Location in both your paths (the one in the My Computer tree and the one shown in your Users folder tree) Are they both shown as the same? I suspect that the former is actually located in the local OneDrive folder location.

Steve, I think you are correct about OneDrive being the culprit, as both you and David have suggested. Unfortunately, I have now deleted OneDrive from my computer; this deletion obviously took some of my files with it that were located in C drive>Users>bbarry>Documents>Word Files.
Fortunately, I do have all these missing data files backed up on a flash drive. So the question now is, can I copy/paste the missing data files from my flash drive back to my Users>bbarry>Documents folders?
If I can indeed do this copy/paste, that would probably also solve the problem I am having with File History.
Thanks for your help.

I see that your question regarding the copy/paste was answered in the other thread. I concur - yes, that will work.

Thanks to Steve, David and Jay for all your help. I am in the process of doing a copy/paste.
