This utility is now available from the Microsoft Store. What is the general consensus of CH members...is this a good utility program for Windows 10 users?

To be honest I had never heard of this utility. Went to the 'store' to check it out and see no real reason to use. With all the management apps built into Windows I see no need to add yet another that seems to add no actual new functionality.

From what I understand, it just makes things easier to do from basically one screen. Microsoft seems high on it.
Thanks for your input, Jay.

I'd never heard of this utility, either, which surprises me as I do follow a whole bunch of Microsoft focused tech blogs. It has apparently been around for a while. Anyway, I installed it to see what it does (on my Windows 10 desktop). It bundles some basic cleanup tasks into a nice interface. I changed the default option so that it doesn't run at Windows startup and then closed the app. In my opinion it appears to be a convenient and easy way to clear temp files, see what programs run at startup and have a look at processes that are running with an easy way to end any of them. Interestingly enough, I used the calculator app earlier today and this program showed that it was still active, albeit using an insignificant amount of RAM, so I ended the process. It made no difference to the PC as the app was really not running, but had a placeholder in memory in case I wanted to open it again. It would have ended on it's own later. There isn't anything in this app that can't already be done using various Windows utilities, but it is a nice little collection of common tasks in a simple interface.

Thanks Steve. Mayhaps it is worth more than I thought. I just have everything I normally use already setup on a one click basis so didn't see any real advantage.
