I thought that I had all the problems on my wife's Windows 10, version 1909 computer solved; however, she is now getting the subject stop code on bootup. This BSOD begins: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error information, and then we'll restart for you." It's been a long time since I've seen a BSOD (thankfully), but I don't remember this preamble.

I searched the stop code and tried a few of the "fixes" I found, but nothing seems to have worked. Any advice will be gratefully received.

What have you specifically tried and what is the current state of the system? Does it boot normally after the blue screen and restart?
Have you looked at this Microsoft KB article and followed the troubleshooting? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14238/windows-10-troubleshoot-blue-screen-errors

Steve, I don't remember specifically what I tried a couple of weeks ago. I replaced a driver with a standard option as I recall, but don't remember which one it was. I have not looked at the Microsoft KB article, but will next time I have a chance. The computer boots after the blue screen and runs normally thereafter.

Let us know what happens after going through the steps in that article. The error basically means something took too long during the boot process, I believe. It may be a driver issue or some sort of hardware initialization since it boots fine after the blue screen...
