How do you change the location that the app gives you the weather for? I do not like that it is for a location some 12 miles from where I live.

I assume that you have been to the settings for the app to search for available monitoring locations?
Charm bar, search. It should display a list of available choices. I don't use the app, but assume that the display is dependent on what monitoring stations are available to Accuweather.

I wish it did have something under Settings but it does not.
Under the Weather word, it allows one to click on AccuWeather and there I am able to change it to Austerlitz. However when I go back to the app it still says Bing Weather and the incorrect city. I can not see a way to change which weather service is displayed.
Setting only allow you to change C/F
