I lost my Asus this morning and I have been downloading email (and Calendar, I assume) to my old Dell. Not only is it unbelievably slow, it's sheer torture.
I have been downloading since 7.30 this morning and at 6.11pm, I have 8200+ emails that I cannot open or read. (There were no warning signs; the Asus was fine until it stopped working.)

UPDATE: It's 8.25 and I have 11,118 emails in the folder, but the mail in the inbox is now June 20, 2011.

My mailbox is current to mid-June 2011, so there are two years of data that are transferring. I just turned off the "Synch to MS exchange." I don't know if I can use Easy Transfer to speed things up, but I would like to be able to work tomorrow. The reason I don't know if I can use ET is because I would be transferring from Window 7, 64-bit to XP.
