I did the Windows PC Check for Windows 11 and it said my computer doesn't meet the requirements because of TPM 2.0 Secure boot is not enabled . Would that have something to do with TPM 2.0?

TPM (Trusted Platform Module) and Secure Boot are different things that can be enabled/disabled in your BIOS if available. There are registry hacks that supposedly bypass the checks but I have yet to see one that works as to these items.
