Almost as odd as the minature lighthouse itself is the Flag the Northen Lighthouse Board were flying outside their HQ in Edinburgh at 15:16 in the video, if you look closely it pre-dates the current cantor of the Union of Scotland & England with Ireland (now Northern Ireland), meaning the Union Flag in the cantor is that of Scotland and England only... i've never seen a flag fly like that in the UK before... there probably are some somewhere but i've certainly never noticed them.
