Location: The state of confusion; I just use Wyoming for mail.
I decided to try this in Firefox and immediately got rid of the thing. As they say, "Nothing is really free.".

According to Malwarebytes Browser Guard using this add-on is giving your personal shopping trends to Google.

I avoid shopping browser add-ons as they most certainly harvest data and probably sell it...

Agreed and I don't use them either. It was just sort of a whim to load it and see. After all it couldn't actually do anything as to the Google stuff and MBAM's browser guard is set to block anything like that. It alerts that the stuff is there but does not allow it to be active. That is one of the things I like about MBAM in general... It parses a site as it loads and blocks anything malicious.
