I am not sure if I should worry about one part with the desktop that I have. No problem to boot up Windows 10 before sign in on my desktop. But when I clicked Windows Live Mail or Google Chrome browser icons on desktop and took a good five or more minutes before appear on desktop to read email or go on internet. I can see the blue light on running in the background till the blue light out then can access to email or internet on my desktop. How do I get this fix to cut back the time for open up applications on the desktop?

Does Internet Explorer or Edge have the same issue as Chrome? In either case I'd probably try re-installing both Chrome and Live Mail.

Before a re-install make sure to save your Favorites for Chrome and your emails and accounts for Live Mail.
