I always use Firefox and constantly I get a message "The Adobe Flash Plug in has crashed."

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but I still have the same old problem. Mostly I just don't bother watching the video. If I really want to watch it then I just open IE and use that.

Is there something about Firefox and Adobe Flash?

Is there a permanent easy fix or is it just as easy to watch the video using IE?

Thanks in advance.

Location: The state of confusion; I just use Wyoming for mail.
I almost never use FireFox but still would not look at it as the problem off the bat. I would uninstall anything related to Flash and then do a fresh install or Flash including the FF add-on.

Also, if this issue is persistent to a specific site, please give a link to that site.

Thanks.

Can you tell me what is related to Flash?

I will have to keep my eye open for when it crashes. I can't remember now if its a specific page.

Adobe Flash has had a few security problems lately, not just with Firefox. Go to your menu in Firefox and Tools, then Add-Ons. Then go to Plug-ins. You can then check to see if Adobe is up-to-date, which I doubt it is. Follow the instructions for updating, they work, I've done it many times.
Good luck, Acadia

Thanks. I did that and everything was up to date. It's still crashing. Its not terribly important that I see videos on Facebook or wherever so I will just ignore it.
