I've already got an Outlook email account Patty and I'm not going to bother with John's machine as the only emails he gets in Hotmail are junk anyway, he's already got his regular email in there and that's enough for him.

I wasn't referring to the account, Joan, but to the interface at outlook.com. The web interface, as opposed to using a local mail client to read your outlook.com email account. I actually prefer the webmail interface to even Office Outlook. Of course I have paid for the ad-free version. ($20/year.)

I've just been to look at the web interface, you get lots of options, I started sorting some of them out and might start using it. It had just my Hotmail emails showing in it, couldn't get them in WLM.

Can you get RSS Feeds into it, I'll have to look into the bit about turning off the adverts, it doesn't sound too expensive. :)

No, but you can in IE. I'm afraid that's an Outlook (Office) thing, or WLM. I also think RSS feeds are a dying thing. You'll note that (as far as I can tell) it is not built into Edge.

I highly recommend using www.feedly.com for RSS feed reading. The web interface is very good.

Heh, once again it has happened and I am, or was, expecting a semi-important email; thanks MS for reliably bringing me this information on time. :whistle1: If this happens again I am switching to Yahoo or, all horrors, Gmail; at least Gmail works. :moose1:
