Very interesting article Acadia, I use a password manager to keep all my passwords in and that's password protected.

Good idea to use a password manger, Joan, I also use one. But this article is about testing the STRENGTH of those actual passwords protected by your manager. No use using a Password Manager if the password itself is weak and can be cracked in 0 seconds.

Interesting article. :)

I DO think that one aspect was left out though. NEVER have Windows 'remember' a password for an import site such as your bank.

My bank uses a 2 stage log in, you've got the first log in process then you have to input 3 different characters every-time you log in to correspond with a certain statement you have given the bank. It changes every time.
