I am currently using Win 10 on the computer where I just did a clean install of version 2004. I have encountered a strange problem that I have been trying to solve for an hour. I must be missing something.

The problem is that when I click on This PC, the left column showing Quick Access and all my folders is missing. I only get the graphical representation with icons. Below is what I am talking about:

The instructions in the following image should do it for you. :) BTW, unless you have your audio muted it looks like you have a sound issue on the system.

Thanks, Jay. I guess I tried every combination but that one.

As regards audio....no speakers yet connected to this computer.

YW. :) I take it that you have the left navigation pane back now. :)

On the audio question I just happened to notice the red 'X' on the volume icon. LOL! I'm surprised that I even noticed it. ;)
