I don't know that this is a real threat for the normal user but not a bad read.

This is not a concern for the average user. It would be a concern for computers with extremely high security requirements, which would not be a home user or even a typical business user.

The key is that the May 2019 upgrade be installed to make it physical access only. At least that is how I read it. I still don't think it much of a threat, even without the May 2019 upgrade, to the normal user. I just thought it a bit interesting. ;)
