From the links I've quickly looked at your issue could be anything from a power saving setting to a graphics driver issue... add that as a Win10 user you are basically a perpetual beta tester, it could be anything!
Fingers on keyboard with the return key aimed squarely at Microsoft and Netflix may result in the quickest solution... along with the supplier of your UPS
