I need to know more information about this before installing the M.2 on my desktop. After the installation of this drive do I have to reformat this or leave like this and will clone the operating system from the SSD ( C:\) to this drive by Macrium Reflect program.

If it is already formatted it will be fine but you won't hurt anything if you want to format it anyway. You will need to go to Drive Management and initialize the drive.
