LOL! I'm sure that any regular here knows that I have a cockatiel from heck named Terabit. Last January I ordered a cage light consisting of a 18 inch bank of full spectrum LED lights for his cage.
Long story made short the light has failed. It just keeps going on and off like a really slow strobe light. The unit was bought from an outfit named M&M Cage.
https://breeding-cage.myshopify.com/Today I finally quit procrastinating and emailed their support. In less than two hours I had a response saying that it was probably the power adapter and a new power adapter would be shipped to me in the morning. I don't even need to return anything.
I call that pretty good support.
