Msinfo32 will give a lot of info but not system temps or fan speeds.
You may want to look at HWMonitor.

After posting, the screenshot of the entire window looked odd with the three different columns for each group so I am embedding the following shot before the main display so you can see what each column actually is. Just imagine the first shot at the top of the second. I LOVE SnagIt as a screen shot utility but when in the mode to capture a scrolling window the scrolling part is all it does.
The free version gives the following info.

I don't know what it is about the Ultra tower I have and/or the fans but my system temperatures always amaze me. The system BIOS will show the same temps..
The paid version adds the following. Except for the apparent ability to add 'sensors' to the system tray I don't really see a reason for paying.
