I had one of those problems that logic can't seem to solve. In Windows 8.1 I have installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 and the Organizer portion opens with all my cataloged pictures. I was trying to locate that catalog file so I can copy it to my Windows 10 installation of PSE 13. Looking under the Organizer's Help/System Info, I see that the catalog location is: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs\Gerry's Catalog for PSE\ with a size of 68.6 MB.
The problem was that File Explorer does not reveal a C:\ProgramData folder. I see C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86), but nothing matches C:\ProgramData. So then I did a search for C:\ProgramData and magically File Explorer popped up with This PC\Windows 8 (C:)\ProgramData! Now where the heck did that come from and why couldn't I see it when I opened My Computer? Gerry

It's a hidden folder, Gerry. You would have to be showing hidden folders to see it in Explorer.

Thank you, Patty. I suspected that, but didn't think to check my folder options, which I will now do.
