A few years ago I digitized a few thousand 35mm slides for a friend. Now he wants to do
a show using these digital photos.
He has no lap top, no smart phone, no digital camera.
Is there a projector that will do this from a thumb drive or a disc?

Many DVD/Blu-ray players have a USB port and will display photos.

I'm sorry.
I'm asking about a projector, not a player. For projecting the image on a
wall or a movie screen.

I realize that Smitty... You can plug a DVD player in to a projector.

I can't answer as to if you can get a projector that will allow USB playback on its own.

Why a projector? Projectors are not cheap. This one accepts input from a USB flash drive, is highly rated, and is reasonably low priced relative to other models.

The page at Amazon has a link for the User Manual which confirms that it will play media on a USB connected device such as a Flash/Thumb drive.
